I was hired to create a logo for a new real estate agency based in San Antonio, TX. The client requested that the logo be classic with a modern twist, and something that could reflect their future legacy and San Antonio.

The logo needed to be functional for many different uses both digitally and print; this includes name plate, business cards, letterheads, banners, website, to name a few.

I landed on using a serif font to evoke a classic and timeless feel, along with combining the “S” and “R” to create a memorable icon. I connected these two letters with a key that is in the shape of the symbol for San Antonio. This small detail made the symbol unique and recognizable as the city they are based and represent.
